Hello! I'm Aytun
I graduated from Ege University and I made a double major about Mathematics, Astronomy and Space Sciences. When I finished Ege University in 2003, I started to work as a research assistant in Physics Department at Middle East Technical University (METU) for a master degree. Then, I began my PhD education in Department of Computer Engineering at TOBB-ETU University as Research and Teaching Assistant. In my phD Thesis, I studied on data mining on drugs compounds derived from plants to find relevent substructures of drug molecules for discovery of novel drugs.

I began my PhD education in Department of Computer Engineering at TOBB-ETU University as Research and Teaching Assistant. In my phD Thesis, I studied on data mining on drugs compounds derived from plants to find relevent substructures of drug molecules for discovery of novel drugs. Virtual screening of candidate drug molecules via machine learning methods plays a key role in pharmaceutical industry to prevent adverse effects of the drugs.

I started to work as a research assistant in Physics Department at Middle East Technical University (METU) for a master degree. I studied about hydrogen storage in carbon nanotubes and inceasing of hydrogen capacity in my master studies. In addition to this, I gained experiences in computational chemisty and I carried out antioxidant compounds such as quercetine, alpha tocopherol and ascorbic acid via drug design.

Air and Water Quality Platform (Distributed sensor network, IoT, Detection of anomalies, sending warning messages and visualizing the sensor values helps to suppliers for management of the air and water quality)

Detection of bearing fault is investigated in terms of normal, inner race fault, outer race fault and ball fault (Descriptive statistics are extracted to describe the signal data in order to detect fault type, Machine Learning Approach with Scaled Data, Deep Learning Approach and Hybrid Approach)

Energy Monitoring System based on IoT using Deep Reinforcement Learning (To build a recommendation system for the clients that will capable of detecting optimal hours for each device from the raw data. In this way, reducing the cost can be possible)
